The Nicest Thing

.. you can tell somebody I think is

Numbers 6:24-26:
"The LORD bless you
and keep you;
the LORD make his face shine upon you
and be gracious to you;
the LORD turn his face toward you
and give you peace."

I was thinking this morning, there's nothing better in this whole world than when the Lord makes His face shine upon you. Nothing compares to the joy and the peace you have in His presence, to the strength and security you feel, regardless of the circumstances.. Not that my circumstances are ever particularly challenging. But sometimes, Matthew 7:24-25 feels SO real to me, especially during the times when I seek to delight myself in the Lord. But I think the best thing ever is when the Lord chooses to draw near to a person. That's good(best!) times.
